Putra Golf Club

Although relatively flat, the Putra Golf Club course presents even the most seasoned golfers with numerous challenges in the form of strategically-placed bunkers and water hazards.

The lush greenery and the majestic limestone hills overlooking the course provide the scenic setting as you play your round. Local Cow grass is used to cover the fairways and Bermuda Tifway is used for the greens.

It is a course where you can relax whilst playing a leisurely round of golf amidst peaceful and tranquil surroundings.

From the Perlis capital, Kangar take the road towards Padang Besar, then turn left to Jalan Abi and Jalan Sungai Baru Pahat. The course is easily visible on the left hand side, about 5 km up the road. Putra Golf Club is about 100 metres from the snake farm in Sungai Baru Pahat, which is about 10 km from Kangar.
